ISOTONIQUE SOLUTION
An isotonic solution has a mineral concentration equivalent to that of body fluids. As seawater is more concentrated in minerals, it is made isotonic by diluting 1 part seawater to 3 parts fresh water, i.e. 25% to avoid cellular dehydration (perfect isotonicity would be 2 to 5).
Instructions :
In a glass bottle, pour 250ml of seawater and 750ml of tap water or low mineralized mineral water (dry residue < 100mg/L), and drink it outside meal times 30mn before or 2 hours after. Knowing that our body eliminates at least 1.5 litres of water per day, it is recommended to replenish at least one litre of isotonic water per day.
HYPERTONIQUE SOLUTION
A hypertonic solution has a higher concentration of minerals than body fluids. Seawater is hypertonic, to avoid the risk of progressive dehydration, it is recommended to drink it diluted. The hypertonic form is ideal for external use and as a disinfectant, it kills bacteria by osmosis.
Instructions :
Seawater can be consumed pure in small quantities and several times a day, but only if you also drink fresh water. It is used in sports to recover or to recover from a drop in energy. At the table, use pure seawater instead of salt and cook without salt. Once a day, rinse your mouth for about 10 minutes to clean and nourish the gums, then swallow.

Mineralis Life was born from a shared passion for the oceans, in addition to the deepest respect for the environment, with the aim of offering much more than just a product, but rather a precious knowledge for everyone. From initial packaging to the final distribution of the product to the end customer, our main focus is on transmitting this knowledge and raising awareness of the treasure that the oceans represent for our health, all while working concretely to ensure their preservation.
Who are we?
Mineralis Life is produced by the family business Biomineralis S.L. founded by Dr. Marta Barreda, a public health specialist from the Free University of Brussels. In 2014, while working as a general practitioner in a health centre in Spain, she discovered the immense potential of seawater when used as a health supplement.
One of the keys to starting and running the company was her son, Daniel Silván, who sharing the passion for this project and helping through the whole process ended up becoming the company’s administrator.
Firmly convinced of the effectiveness of this unique product, a multidisciplinary group of scientists, therapists, engineers, teachers and sportsmen came together to disseminate this magnificent product as widely as possible and to share the knowledge, ethics and respect for the environment associated with it.
